Validate your European Patent in non-European Countries
As part of its gradual integration into the European Union market Morocco is in discussions with the European Patent Office (EPO) to put in place an agreement which would offer European patent applicants the opportunity to request validation in Morocco.
This potential agreement would pave the way to allow similar requests for validation in other non-European countries which are in the process of harmonizing their patent system with that of the European Union.
