We are delighted to announce that Tom Harris has become a partner at Sandersons.
Tom re-joined Sandersons as an Associate in 2018 having worked here for a few years previously, and has become an integral part of our professional team, bringing expert knowledge of mechanical, electronics and software related inventions. He has been in the patent profession since 2007 and has strong experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the UK, in Europe and internationally, and in European patent oppositions. He also provides advice relating to registered and unregistered designs, patentability, freedom to operate, and assertion of IP rights.
